Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Crep Collection Club. We're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
UK Delivery
- Next Day Delivery — £3.99, or FREE on orders of £100 or more. Usually delivered the next working day; please allow up to 2 working days. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Saturday Delivery — £14.99. Order before 3pm on Friday.
- Pokémon trading card products — £0.99 delivery.
Free Click & Collect
Collect your order free from our Bluewater or Lakeside store. Orders are usually ready within 1 hour, and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect. Please bring your order confirmation.
International Shipping
We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times are typically 5–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@crepcollectionclub.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate promptly.
